Speed of new trend

Speed of new trend shoots the fastest on the next bar after signal such as Tenkan-kijun cross (given all other factors staying constant).

So, to trade hourly chart, one need to be able to [trust] and enter on the next candle right after a signal is triggered.

This may not be easy when we are at work or busy doing other things cos it is not too possible to stare at charts of all 20 ccy pairs every hour.

[i personally learnt this the hard way. ever tried to capture as many signals as possible, i go for shorter time period, losing $ cos many are false or really short term and I could not capture the speed of new trend.  Always entering when the trend has died out.]

Usually, the shorter the time period, the faster the speed of new trend. i.e. u need to respond faster!

Px-Kijun cross

Px-Kijun cross

Observed that it is very accurate on Day chart.

1) Trigger when Px cuts Kijun
2) Watch for the closing px that day. Is it still in line with the signalled direction?
3) Enter at the next candle opening.

Ccy i have observed: GBPUSD, USDCHF

Px-Kijun cross on 4hours may sometimes backfire, and need more confirmation based on other considerations, such as location of chikou, longer-period chart direction, relations to kumo, etc.

Px-Kijun cross on Weekly chart, I need more time to observe.

A new start

A brand new start to fx again.

I want to record down my trading views, my thoughts and signals i noticed.

And shovelling up these gold coins into my pocket!
